After review, we will send a return authorization form. Include this form in your return package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including international returns. Ship the product to our warehouse in California, USA.

All Superbox devices purchased from our website come with a 1-Year Warranty.

Warranty Coverage:
* If your device experiences issues, contact us at info@vseeboxofficial.com. Our technical team will assist in diagnosing the problem.
* If repair or replacement is required, you may send the unit to us. We will fix or exchange the unit at our discretion.
* Warranty does not cover devices with water or physical damage.

Warranty Expiration:
* After the warranty period expires, devices can still be sent to us for repairs at an additional cost. During repair time, we’ll provide an account to maintain your service

Third-Party Purchases
Superbox does not process returns, refunds, or warranties for items purchased from third-party vendors. If purchased through a third party, all issues must be resolved directly with them. Items sent to Superbox in this case will not be honored and may be returned at the sender’s expense.
