The Streaming Box Store offers 23/7 customer service, in association with vSee and SuperBox technical support teams.


Our boxes are user friendly, but sometimes they get confused and need some help.  Similar to a circuit panel, when you blow a fuse. 

 

In most cases, please re-jump the box.  This is done by unplugging

your modem/router.  Unplug your box.  Plug back in the modem/

router first, the box second. This should allow the streaming box

to re-connect to one of the many servers and get your box

back working.

 

The box does not work with out internet.
